You cannot earn trophies in the trial version, but your progress and save data will be transferred to the full version, so after you switch over, you will earn trophies as you clear the necessary conditions.
(Some trophy conditions cannot be met again due to your progress in the game; you can collect those trophies when you exchange Blood Crystals.)
